| 1. | Customers can purchase HK$300, HK$500 or flexible amount gift card at Customer Service Counter or Cashier. |
| 2. | Customers can purchase flexible value gift card with a minimum of HK$300 and with a maximum of HK$10,000 and the value must be integer. |
| 3. | This gift card can be used in Sincere department store only; and it is inapplicable to Sincere bargain roadshow. |
| 4. | Cardholder is responsible and liable if the gift card is lost, stolen, damaged or misused. The Sincere Co. Ltd. is not responsible or liable to reissue a new gift card or refund the remaining balance in the gift card to cardholder. |
| 5. | The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Any remaining balance in the gift card will be forfeited upon expiry. |
| 6. | The gift card can not be exchanged for cash. |
| 7. | If receipt balance exceeds the gift card value, the cardholder must pay the remaining receipt balance. |
| 8. | Upon presentation of Sincere VIP card before payment, every HK$1 net spending will be rewarded 1 point for Sincere VIP member. |
| 9. | Cardholder can check the balance and expiry date of the gift card at Customer Service Counter or through Customer Service Hotline. |
| 10. | In case of dispute, The Sincere Co. Ltd. reserves the right of final judgment. |
